Pet Etiquette Policy

Pets are most welcome as part of the family but tenants must ensure that pets are properly supervised so that their behavior does not cause any damage or disturb neighbors.

Tenants agree to ensure that their pet:​

​

• is not left unsupervised outside of their unit.

• is not able to scratch doors or cause damage.

• is not allowed to excrete in in common areas and that should an accident occur appropriate clearing up takes place. ALWAYS CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET.

• any poo bags/containers are disposed of in trash bins.

 

The owner retains the right to refuse to accommodate any pet which in their opinion is causing, or likely to cause, nuisance or damage to the property or community.
